RULES

  • Inflatables must be supervised by an adult at all times. Rules and maximum occupancies must
    be enforced.
  • No food, drinks, gum, animals, shoes, or sharp objects are allowed in the rentals at any time.
    This includes but is not limited to eyeglasses, toys, jewelry, and any item that could scratch or
    tear the unit.
  • No putting water on the inflatable unless it is a water slide or other water item.
  • NO SILLY STRING!
  • No climbing on or bouncing against the walls, flips, piling, wrestling, or roughhousing,
  • No sitting on the safety step
  • No jumping or flipping down the slide. Sliders must go down feet-first.

    NOTE: Additional rules may be posted on the unit itself and must be followed.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCIES

  • Slides: 1 at a time on the ladder, 1 at a time waiting to go down, and 1 at a time on the slide;
  • Combos: 1 at a time on the ladder, 1 at a time on the slide, and 4 in the bouncer
  • 13x13 bounces: 4
  • 15x15 bounces: 5

    NOTE: Riders should be sorted by size to prevent injury.

BAD WEATHER

    We reserve the right not to deliver when weather conditions would be detrimental to the
    equipment. If the weather is questionable, we will call you prior to delivery. In the event of a
    bad weather cancellation, your deposit will be refunded. Once we deliver equipment, there are
    no refunds. In the event of bad weather occurs during the rental (thunderstorms or wind gusts
    of 25 MPH or more), you must remove all riders and deflate the unit.

DEFLATION & EQUIPMENT PROBLEMS

    If the inflatable starts to loose air, have the children exit as quickly as possible. In the event
    of any problems with the equipment, please contact us immediately.

NEGLIGENCE OR ABUSE

    If any incidental damage occurs as a result of not following the rules, negligence, abuse, horse
    play, or exceeding maximum occupancy or weight limits, the renter will be responsible for the
    cost of the repairs or replacement of the equipment. All of our equipment is commercial quality
    and will not be damaged by normal use. If the unit is extremely dirty or has any gum, candy,
    silly string, or similar contaminants, the renter will be charged a cleaning fee.

LIABILITY RELEASE

    To rent from Best Jump, you must understand and acknowledge that the use of inflatable
    amusements involves risks. Those risks include, but are not limited to falling, slipping, crashing
    and colliding which could result in injury, illness, disease, emotional distress, death, and/or
    property damage.

    By renting from Best Jump, the renter voluntarily releases, indemnifies, and agrees to hold
    harmless and discharge Best Jump LLC from any and all liability, claims, demands actions or
    rights of actions, whether personal to itself or to a third party which are related to, arise out
    of or are in any way connected with the rental of the interactive inflatable unit including those
    allegedly attributable to negligent acts or omissions.  The renter agrees to reimburse any
    reasonable attorney's fees and costs that may be incurred by Best Jump LLC in the defense of
    any such liability claim, demand, action or cause of action.

    In the event that the renter files a cause of action against Best Jump LLC, the renter agrees to
    do so solely in the state of Louisiana, and further agrees that the substantive law of that state
    shall apply in that action without regard to the conflict of law rules of that state.

    The renter acknowledges and represents that it has adequate homeowner's insurance, tenant
    insurance, or OTHER liability insurance to cover any bodily injury or property damage which
    might occur to itself, its guests or its invitees from the use of the unit being rented or else
    retnter agrees to bear the costs of defense and liability of any such injury or damage itself.
